Inspections start at $350.     This includes houses under 2000 Sq. Ft.  

Actual cost is based on square footage.

Add-ons such as Irrigation, pools, and outbuildings may be extra.

Winter Special                                                                                                $50 off through February.   This includes up to 8 zones of Sprinkling.

Discounts are available for active and retired Military and Teachers.
