Moore Inspect

Pre-sale inspections

Selling a home can be stressful enough without the surprises that a buyers inspector will bring up.  Get ahead of the game and head off the issues that may come up. A clean buyer inspection speaks loudly about the quality of your house. You may think you know about your house but there are things and places you just don't go in the normal course of living there. We want you to get the most for your home.

Construction Phase Inspections

CATCHING THINGS WHILE THEY ARE EASY TO FIX

I hope you know that your "builder" doesn't actually do the building. These different stages are subcontracted to specialty companies. Moore Family inspections has performed over 400 phase inspections in the past year. Many of these were starter homes from 1200 to 2400 sq. ft.  We've seen just about every mistake you can make. But I'm sure we're yet to be surprised.  In short,  mistakes happen, things get missed.  We're there as a neutral set of eyes on the things that matter.

Pre-pour Foundation:

Whether its a rebar or post tension, builders miss things. We keep them honest and we wont keep you waiting for an opening in the schedule.

Pre-Insulation

This allows us to make sure the wiring and plumbing are correctly installed before the insulation and drywall cover them up.                   This is where things can hide, but are easily corrected.

Final:

This does not replace a real estate inspection. We make sure things are installed correctly and where they need to be.  However, we don't do the detail measurements a real estate inspection covers.
